Join mixed media artist, Dana Finimore, for creative fun at The Museum School! This exciting workshop addresses creative ways of depicting nature by utilizing a more expressive approach versus laboring over a realistic rendering of the subject. Working from a variety of materials and techniques such as studio demonstrations, discussions, and on-site explorations, students will learn to become more responsive in their own process by learning to listen to their creative intuition. Various approaches you may take include unique combinations of collage, drawing, painting, and mixed media. Open to all skill levels. All Materials and supplies are provided, but students may wish to bring extra paper, brushes, or their own favorite art supplies.
