Art in Action: Strengthening Community Through Theatrical Arts @ Mobile Museum of Art

Mobile Museum of Art welcomes The Joe Jefferson Players, Eric C. Browne, and Jason McKenzie for a discussion about JJP and an improv exercise. The talk will cover a quick history of JJP and community theater in Mobile, discuss our upcoming shows, and the importance of community theater. Immediately following the talk, JJP will lead an improv exercise that’s fun for all ages and will showcase how improv can be used in life, community involvement, and more.

Eric C. Browne is the Director of Theatre Studies at Baker High School FAME Academy, and Jason McKenzie is the Executive Director of The Joe Jefferson Players. JJP is a community theater group originating in Mobile. For more information about the 2017 season line-up,visit joejeffersonplayers.com.
