Join us for a delicious look at the food and philosophy of Chef Gillian Clark, who hopes to soon open her new cafe, Curate, at the Mobile Museum of Art.
As Executive Chef at Kitchen on George and Lagniappe’s Nappie Award Winner for Best Chef of Mobile in 2015, not to mention countless other accolades, Chef Clark has developed an adventurous American menu, marrying traditional standards with worldly influences. Inspired by the museum’s permanent collection and special exhibitions, the food and beverages served will feature an aesthetic component that highlights the museum setting. Bring your appetite for this special preview of menu items that may soon become a staple at MMofA.
The event will take place in Larkin’s Auditorium with a presentation made by the chef, followed by three consecutive small plates that illustrate the food philosophy of Curate.
Admission to the event is $15 // beer & wine by donation
