Celebrate the holidays at Mobile Museum of Art’s Holiday Market & Open House! Join us for an afternoon of local shopping, live music, food trucks, art activities and free admission to the Museum. Support local artisans at the Makers Market, which will feature a variety of handmade items, such as jewelry, pottery, self-care products, and baked goods. Enjoy local, live music from the Denver Hawsey while you shop, and be sure to stop by Arepastruck, frios and Lil Donut Factory for tasty treats. Bring the whole family for a fun afternoon.
During the Open House, one of MMofA’s newest special exhibitions, Gardens of Hope, will be open with an art activity led by artist Wanda Sullivan, whose work is the focus of the exhibition. MMofA’s popular children’s installation, Fantastical Forest will be open for exploration. We’ll also have stations set up for the whole family to make handmade holiday ornaments. Admission to the Museum will be free all day in addition to the afternoon activities.
