Jiro Dreams of Sushi follows the story of Jiro Ono, an 85-year-old sushi master, who is considered to be the greatest sushi chef in the world. The documentary profiles Ono’s restaurant in Tokyo which lives up to its reputation by being one of the first restaurants of its kind to earn the prestigious 3 star Michelin review. The core of the story, however, revolves around Ono’s relationship with his son and the heir to his legacy. Program is free, but regular museum admission applies.
