Beasley: Feminism and Magical Thinking. Throughout her career as an artist, Mobile, AL, native Monica Beasley has explored concepts of feminism, femininity, home, marriage, family, race, and Southern culture. Monica works in many mediums from photography and conceptual work to painting and collage.
