Learn how to develop and use meditation to relax the mind, calm the body, and focus on being in the present. As you listen, learn, and practice meditation, you will develop a process learned and practiced for thousands of years by many cultures. The purpose of meditation is centered on being calm, attentive without judgement, and focused on the present in a unique and accepting manner.
Muse Punch Card – $70 non-members, $50 members (10 classes)
Walk in – $10 non-members, $7 members (per class)
