This evening class for preteens and teens is for students who want to dig in to more advanced art concepts through different media. Students will experiment with new techniques in pottery, painting, drawing, and other materials as they explore the MMofA galleries. No previous art experience required. Classes are equally beneficial to the novice and to the experienced young artist! This class is open to home school students as well as students in all Mobile area schools.
Tuesdays: Aug. 25, Sept. 8, Sept 22, Oct. 6, Oct 20, Nov. 3, Nov. 17, Dec. 1
4 – 6 P.M.
Members: $100 for the first child/$25 for each additional sibling
Non-members: $125 for the first child/$35 for each additional sibling
DURING YOUR VISIT:
• Temperatures will be checked upon entry with a no contact infrared thermometer
• Visitors are required to wear a mask.
• Utilize the hand sanitizer provided throughout the museum.
• Maintain a 6 to 10 ft distance from other visitors.
