Virtual field trips with The Museum School aren’t your traditional gallery tour. Throughout history, art has played an essential part in our daily lives. It shapes and informs the world around us, and can be used to communicate ideas in any subject.

How to Book
Start planning your visit by filling out the form. Requests should be made at least one week in advance of your visit.

Group & Tour Policy
- All tours require 1 adult, parent, chaperone, or aide of 16 years of age or older.
- Children cannot be unattended in the galleries.
- Children ages 1 — 15 are not permitted in the galleries without a parent or guardian 16 years of age or older.
- Maximum of 30 students per group. For groups larger than 30, please contact our Education Department.
- One chaperone is required per every 5 students in Pre-K – 6th grade.
- One chaperone is required for every 10 students in 7th – 12th grade.
- Field Trips and School groups must register online at MobileMuseumofArt.com/Tours.
- Requests for tours should be made at least one week in advance of your visit.
- Availability for tours is Tuesday through Friday from 10 am – 12 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Mobile Museum of Art reserves the right to cancel any reservations at any time.
All group cancellations must be received in writing no later than four weeks prior to the event date. All refunds will be processed minus a $25 administrative fee.
Any cancellations received less than four weeks prior to the event will be refunded 50% up to one week before the event. Any cancellations received seven days or less prior to the event will be charged 100% percent of the event.
If you cancel your visit but reschedule for the same school year, no cancellation fee is charged. However, if the second date is cancelled, any prepayments will be forfeited. If you simply do not show up for your confirmed tour, you will be charged 100% of the tour fee.

To ensure the best possible experience for your group, please note our self-guided tour availability:
- Self-Guided Tours: Available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for students in Grade 3 and above.
- Early Elementary Groups: For the safety and engagement of our youngest visitors, groups of more than 10 students (below Grade 3) require a scheduled Guided Tour.
