MOBILE, Ala. – Mobile Museum of Art’s Free Weekend celebration on October 7 has been postponed given the threat of a possible tropical storm or hurricane.
Due to public safety concerns, Saturday’s events have been rescheduled for December 2, 2017. They will include a free outdoor concert featuring performances by Crowned Jewelz and Jamell Richardson, PowerLines Poetry, and fashion designers Brandin Stallworth of Lit Clothing, Antoinette Warbington, and Conz 8000. Food truck Wemo’s Wings has also been rescheduled.
If weather permits the Museum to remain open through the weekend of October 7 and 8, free admission will still be honored.
