Exhibitions

Mobile Museum of Art’s permanent collection encompasses over 6,400 works of fine and decorative arts from America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, including paintings, sculptures, prints, drawings, and decorative art. While only a portion of the collection is on display at any given time, MMoA curates rotating exhibitions that showcase these works in new and engaging contexts.

These exhibitions offer visitors a chance to experience the richness of the museum’s holdings, with highlights such as 19th-century American landscapes, realist paintings from the WPA era, contemporary international studio glass, turned wood, and ceramics.
