With state of emergencies across the U.S., there is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our valued members, visitors, volunteers, and staff. Our doors remain open and welcoming as we continue to follow all recommendations from local health and government officials. While we have always had stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures in place, we are taking additional precautions to keep everyone safe.
We are taking the following precautionary measures:
- Enhanced disinfectant and more frequent cleaning of high touch areas (handrails, door handles/knobs, visitor’s service counters, etc.)
- Hand Sanitizer provided for visitor use.
- Frequent handwashing by all museum staff and volunteers
- Staff and volunteers staying home if feeling ill. Respectfully, we ask our visitors to do the same.
MMofA has cancelled all Thursday evening programs through the month of March.
